In any given week
- Improving ML pipelines, training models, and building new agentic capabilities
- Designing and building complex backend systems
- Putting out whatever fire just flared up
- Taking a feature from idea to production, including the UX
- Building internal tools so the team moves faster
- Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful
Ideally you
- Turn vague problems into clear action items
- Ship code constantly
- Geek out on the newest AI tech, trends, and ideas
- Enjoy diving into problems you've never seen before
- Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
