In any given week
- Designing and building complex backend systems and distributed infrastructure
- Building the orchestration layer that runs our agents
- Making the calls on reliability, performance, and data flow
- Putting out whatever fire just flared up
- Building internal tools so the whole team moves faster
- Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful
Ideally you
- Have deep experience with backend and distributed systems
- Turn vague problems into clear action items
- Ship code constantly
- Geek out on the newest AI tech, trends, and ideas
- Enjoy diving into problems you've never seen before
- Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
- Love in-person team culture
